Advantages:

Душ и туалет внутри комнаты, хоть и коммуналка 2 кухни - одна с газ печкой, другая с микроволновкой Запах ужасный в подъезде был Замок двери заедает Очень душно - приходится спать с открытой дверью, чтоб продувало Кондиционера, вентилятора, фена нет
