Advantages:

В отличие от верхних 6 и 7 этажей вода была всегда!

Disadvantages:

В квартире все прекрасно. Но подъезд, вспомнила 90-е( видимо управляющая компания зря получает деньги ). Так арендодатели могли бы сами навести чистоту и порядок, весь вид портит.
