Сдается светлая и уютная квартира в новом доме от 3-х суток.

Имеется все необходимое для комфортного проживания и отдыха.

Курение в квартире и вечеринки строго запрещены!

В пешей доступности магазины и продуктовый рынок, парк говорухина. До бювета минеральной воды и санатория дубрава, где можно выгодно приобрести все желаемые процедуры на авто 2-3 мин, пешком 15-20 минут. Рядом находится остановка общественного транспорта, откуда можно добраться до всех достопримечательностей г. Железноводска (курортный парк, фонтаны, озеро 30-ка), а также пятигорска.

Возможен трансфер с аэропорта на комфортном автомобиле.

Условия заселения:
Заезд 14: 00, выезд 12: 00.
Ранний заезд и поздний выезд - по согласованию.
При себе иметь паспорт. Залог в размере 3000 руб. Возвращается после выезда, осмотра и уборки квартиры на карту до 18: 00, если нет повреждений и порчи имущества.
