Сдаю чистую уютную квартиру с видом на гору Медовая, тихий двор. Окна выходят во двор на парковку. В квартире имеется всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: бытовая техника, wi-fi, два тв, всегда чистое, свежее бельё, одноразовые принадлежности. Рядом с домом магазины, аптеки, остановка общественного транспорта. В шаговой доступности: бюветы минеральной воды, городской парк, так же через лесной массив можно выйти в лечебный парк, терренкур. Парковка имеется как во дворе, так и вокруг дома. Система видеонаблюдения на территории и внутри дома. Аренда от 3-х суток. Предоплата по факту бронирования. Для вечеринок и подобных мероприятий не сдаём. Размещение с домашними животными не предусмотрено. Курить и употреблять наркотики запрещено. Время заезда с 13: 00 до 22: 00. Время выезда до 12: 00... Оформление документально, при наличии паспорта. Имеется трансфер. Готовы ответить на ваши вопросы....
