Advantages:

Квартира расположена возле Западного бювета, дорога к которому проходит через Аллею любви (очень красивое место со скамейками, спорт площадкой и игровой зоной для детей). Дорога до главных бюветов Славяновский и Смирновский на маршрутке занимает минут 10, пешком через город 30 минут. Через парк минут 40-50. Рядом с квартирой находится рынок, продуктовые магазины, аптеки.

Disadvantages:

В квартире не хватает: кондиционера, пылесоса, посуды для готовки (кастрюли, сковорода).
