Advantages:

Расположение супер, до источников недалеко. Вид из окна на Бештау.

Disadvantages:

В квартире перестановка, диван стоял в зале вместе с кроватью и диван для сна неудобный. Стол тоже не у окна, а в углу. Лифт пока не работает, дом новый.
