Advantages:

Удобное расположение: 10 - 15 минут пешком как до центральной части парка с бюветами и терренкурами, так и до озера; также недалеко до выхода на тропы горы Бештау. В квартире чисто. В кухне есть всё необходимое в хорошем состоянии. Но если вы планируете много готовить, обратите внимание, что нет духовки. В спальне кровать с неплохим матрасом. Приятная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Шумновато от близости к дороге, приходилось спать с закрытыми окнами.
