Advantages:

Радушная хозяйка. Живет рядом - все вопросы можно решить быстро. Место для машины во дворе нашел без проблем. В квартире все сделано с умом. Ремонт достаточно недавний. Белье свежее. Посуды достаточно (кастрюли, сковороды, много тарелок и бокалов). Из маленьких недостатков - высокий уровень ванной (дети и взрослые залезают спокойно, тяжелее будет пожилым).
